I'm a genuine oatmeal cookie monster... I only counted, and as of January 2018, I have shared 47 oatmeal cookie recipes along with you. Eep! Have you tried any of them yet? (? They're a few of the most well-known recipes in my site cause they taste really sweet and comfy, exactly like traditional"indulgent" oatmeal cookie recipes, but they contain no refined flour or sugar!
So you are going to begin with whole wheat germ (or gluten-free, if you like ) and prompt oats (such as these... or those for a gluten-free edition!) . Watch these bananas? And all those brown stains? If it comes to baking with bananas, brown = beautiful! I ? additional speckly bananas cause they've so much bright, bold flavor--and also additional sweetness! That's the minimum amount of brown which I suggest. More is better!
The rest of the cookie dough's sweetness comes from another pure ingredient... Pure maple syrup (such as that!) . You want the type that comes directly from pine trees, which is usually sold in sparse glass bottles or squat, round plastic jugs. Skip the pancake syrup and sugar!

The peppers include even more natural sweetness! The freshly bought, extra plump, perfectly tender ones are ideal... But if you have old, somewhat dried out carbohydrates (hmm... it seems silly to describe dried fruit as dried outside! ) , that is fine!

These oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, and full of banana flavor! The recognizable comfy spices and plump blueberries make these much more irresistible. They will keep for at least one week if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator--if they last long!
1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if mandatory and measured like that )
3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or gluten-free* flour (quantified like this)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowlwhisk together the yogurt, pasta, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the maple syrup. Add the flour mixture, stirring only until incorporated.
Preheat the oven to 325°F, plus a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Using a spoon and spatula, drop the cookie dough into 15 curved scoops on the prepared sheet, and flatten to the desired depth and width by means Banana Breakfast Cookies - Spend With Pennies of a spatula.
